Forgiveness
Forgiveness is about releasing feelings of resentment, anger, or vengefulness toward someone who has harmed you, regardless of whether or not they deserve it.
Forgiveness is not about excusing or condoning the hurtful actions of others, nor is it about forgetting or minimizing the pain you've experienced. Instead, forgiveness is a process of healing and liberation that allows you to reclaim your power and move forward with your life.
When you forgive, you release the emotional burden of carrying grudges or holding onto resentment, which can have a profound impact on your mental, emotional, and even physical well-being. Forgiveness can lead to greater peace of mind, improved relationships, and increased resilience in the face of adversity.
While forgiveness is often seen as a gift you give to others, it is also a gift you give to yourself. By choosing to forgive, you reclaim your power and break free from the chains of resentment and bitterness, allowing yourself to live a more joyful, fulfilling, and compassionate life.
Self-forgiveness is letting go of feelings of guilt, shame, or self-blame for mistakes, failures, or shortcomings you have experienced in the past. It involves extending the same compassion, understanding, and acceptance to yourself that you would offer to someone else who has hurt you.

Letting Go
If you let go a little, you will experience a little peace. If you let go a lot, you will experience a lot of peace. If you let go completely you will experience complete peace. Ajahn Chah
Letting go is about;
- Releasing stuck emotions
- Releasing attachment to specific outcomes, possessions, relationships, or identities
- Forgiving and letting go of resentment, anger, or bitterness toward yourself or others
- Accepting things as they are, rather than how you wish they would be
- Letting go of the need to control
- Surrendering to the natural flow of life
- Allowing things to unfold organically without forcing or manipulating outcomes.
- Being open to possibilities, embracing uncertainty, and allowing life to surprise and delight you in unexpected ways.
Letting go is not about denying or suppressing your emotions; rather, it's about acknowledging them fully and then consciously choosing to release their hold on you. It's a process of surrendering to the wisdom of the present moment and trusting in your own resilience and capacity to navigate life's challenges with grace and equanimity.
Letting go is a powerful act of self-love and liberation that allows you to free yourself from the shackles of the past and embrace the fullness of life in the present moment.

Energy Healing
Just as you have a physical body, you also have an energy body.
The energy body is made up of subtle energy or life force energy, which goes by various names such as qi (in Chinese medicine), prana (in yoga and Ayurveda), or ki (in Japanese traditions). This energy flows through channels or pathways within the body, nourishing and vitalizing it.
Within the energy body, there are believed to be specific points or centers where energy gathers and circulates. These are often referred to as chakras in Indian spiritual traditions or dantians in Chinese traditions. Each energy center is associated with certain physical, emotional, and spiritual qualities.
When energy becomes blocked or stagnant, it can lead to physical, emotional, or spiritual imbalances and eventually manifest as illness or discomfort.
Your energy body is intimately connected with your physical body, mind, and emotions. Changes in one aspect of the individual can affect others, and vice versa.
When your natural energy is flowing, you feel spontaneous joy and ethusiasm for life.

Remembering who you are
Who are you?
This is one of the most powerful questions you can ever ask yourself.
At the core of your being is a divine essence or soul—a timeless, eternal aspect of yourself that exists beyond the confines of the physical body. This soul essence is pure consciousness, love, and light.
This soul essence is connected to a greater Source or universal consciousness, often referred to as the Divine, God, Spirit, or the Universe. Recognizing this connection involves understanding that you are not separate from the greater whole but an integral part of it.
Your true nature is luminous and radiant, like a shining beacon. This light is the spiritual essence of your being.
Invitation
Find out who you truly are. A simple way to do this is to relax, let go and lean away from your thoughts and emotions. As you lean away, you naturally discover your true self as a being of light.
Key Session;
Surrender
The practice of surrender involves letting go of the need for control and trusting in the flow of life. It's about releasing attachment to outcomes, surrendering to the present moment, and allowing things to unfold naturally.

Grant me the courage to let go of control,
And the faith to surrender to the flow of life.
May I find peace in releasing my fears,
And embrace the beauty of surrendering to your love.
Fill me with your divine light and presence,
So that I may walk this path with grace and ease.
Help me to surrender my desires and attachments,
And align my will with yours, dear God.
In surrendering to your divine will,
I find freedom, peace, and abundant blessings.
May each breath be a reminder of your love,
And may I live each moment in surrender to your grace.
