One of the practices that has had the most profound impact on my journey to feeling good is breath work. And specifically the breathing practice presented by Wim Hof. It's an ancient practice that has stood the test of time and is backed up by scientific research.

I practice it every morning. The peace and joy I feel when I practice it are wonderful.
