Dear friend ,
For many years I suffered from depression.
This caused me to go on a deep search to find ways to let go.
Along the way, I found many ways to release heavy emotions and inner blockages.
Many of those I still use every day to feel good.
One of the most powerful, simple and fun ways to let go is to dance.
Every morning I put one or two of my favourite songs on and start moving my body to them.
This gets my body moving and the joy flowing.
