I am excited to announce the launch of One Whole Being Mantras. 

These are inspirational sessions of spoken affirmations, blended with sound healing, that gently guide you to make inner changes. This series will include sessions on self-acceptance, being present, feeling more joy, living with an open heart and connecting with your true nature.  

Listening to mantras like these is an easy and simple way to create a positive change in the way you think and feel. The secret is to connect with the feeling of the affirmations as you listen. Or as Gandhi said - "Be the change you wish to see."

This first week is all about Self-acceptance. Accepting yourself is crucial to feeling good and living a happy life. When you accept yourself fully, you can relax more deeply, let go more fully, and enjoy yourself more. Self-acceptance is the gateway to self-love and the catalyst for transformation. 

As you listen... 

Close your eyes and let the mantras and sound healing wash through you, or repeat them after me, whichever feels best. 

The key to making a lasting change is repetition. Try listening every day for 7 days to create new neurological and emotional pathways for self-acceptance.
