This week's episode of the One Whole Being Podcast is all about healing the wound of unworthiness. 

If you've been feeling that dragging sense of low-self worth, or that nagging voice that keeps telling you you're not good enough, this session can help you let go and take a step towards feeling whole. 

Unworthiness is a subject that is close to my heart as I felt a deep sense of unworthiness throughout much of my life.

For many years, unworthiness held me back, kept me down and strangled the pursuit of my dreams. 

Unworthiness is something that many of us feel.

It is an aspect of the human psyche, lurking in the subconscious, threatening to sabotage our hopes and dreams. 

Unworthiness can also be a great gift. It can help to point you back to that place of true self-worth.

When you tune into the opposite of unworthiness, you can find that space within that is enough. 

This is the space of being, where everything is ok, just as it is. 

You can use unworthiness as a mirror, pointing you back to the great treasure at the core of your being. 

When you rest back into that space of true self-worth, you no longer need to prove yourself to feel ok. You no longer need to achieve, strive or struggle to feel whole. 

Who you already are is enough.

Feeling into that 'enoughness' can open the doorway to a greater sense of wholeness, freedom and peace. 

In this guided session...

You will be invited to explore any unworthiness that you may have been feeling, then tune into that space of true self-worth. This way of tuning into the opposite of a challenging emotion is an ancient yogic practice and can be immensely freeing.
