Gratitude is a transformational energy that can help lift our spirits and shift our perspective on the world.
One way to count your blessings is to write down 5 things you're grateful for each day.
This is beautiful...
But in today's episode, we take it onto a deeper level, letting the energy of being thankful gently resonate through every cell of the body.
This can bring joy and a shift in perspective.
