Meditation - Loving Kindness

Today's episode of the One Whole Being Podcast is a meditation on Loving Kindness. This can help you to grow feelings of connection, compassion and understanding. You will be gently guided through the 5 steps of this ancient practice. This is a core practice of Buddhism. However, you do not need any beliefs or previous experience to benefit from this. The session is recorded in the forest, so you will hear sounds of nature and crystal bowl sounds. It lasts for 18 minutes. Find a quiet place, where you can listen and close your eyes.
