Today's episode of the One Whole Being Podcast is a guided session for exploring your emotions with curiosity and acceptance.

This can help you to release stuck emotions so you can feel brighter.  

This is an ancient practice and one that's had such a great impact on me.

For many years, I struggled with depression. 

Emotions such as sadness, unworthiness, despair and anxiety seemed to get stuck within me.

I went on a deep healing journey to search for ways to let go and deal with my emotions. 

Along the way, I found many wonderful teachers and teachings. 

I learned to explore my emotions with gentle curiosity. I learned to accept and welcome all of my feelings and allow them to pass through. I learned that all emotions are here for a reason. 

It takes courage to sit with a heavy, painful feeling. The tendency is to avoid it. This avoidance causes the emotion to be suppressed. When an emotion is suppressed, it gets stored within your body and heart. 

A suppressed emotion can stay within you for years. This is why it's so wise to take the time to bring those suppressed emotions up into the light and let them go.

You will be gently guided through a talk and a couple of practices to help you release any emotion you may have been struggling with.
