When you relax, you naturally release tension and stress held within your body. The more you take time to rest and relax deeply, the more your body, heart and mind can open up and let go. This can be a blessed relief. It can allow for a moment of inner serenity so you can see the rest of your life with more clarity. 

Research shows that relaxation techniques, such as deep breathing and body scans, can help relieve anxiety, depression and insomnia. When you relax and let go, long-held emotions can be released. The more you let go, the more your natural energy is free to flow so you can feel better. Taking time each day to rest and relax should not be a luxury; it is essential if you want to be happy, healthy and have more energy.
