For many years, I suffered from depression. I had such a deep pain in my heart. And such deep turmoil in my mind. I felt broken. I would get swept away by heavy emotions and dragged down by negative thoughts. This pain fuelled an inner journey to heal and find freedom. I have condensed this healing into 7 keys and principles that lead to emotional freedom and greater levels of true happiness.
