Today's episode of One Whole Being is a sound healing meditation for rest, relaxation and rejuvenation.

This is an invitation to take 15 minutes out of your busy day to let go of any stress or worries and rest deeply in the healing sounds. 

To get the most out of the session, find a comfortable place to lie down, preferably with a comfy blanket. 

Listen with your best pair of headphones.

Inhale deeply and exhale slowly. 

Let the sounds wash through you, guiding you to that deep place of rest and relaxation.
